Refund policy


At Jello Jello, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, a product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own cost within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Please note:

· Pre-order items and customized items are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind, unless the product is defective.

Pre-order Cancellation

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance, including:

· Unexpected delays

· Change of mind

· Sudden cancellation

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

· A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

· The item is defective

· The item is damaged

· You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Changes

For changes to your order (e.g., address or item size corrections), contact jellocustomerservice@gmail.com immediately.

· Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

· If processed, Jello Jello is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

· The item must be unworn, unmodified, unwashed, and undamaged.

· The tag must remain attached, with the original disposable seal intact.

· The item must include its original packaging and accessories (e.g., dust bag, hanger, garment cover).

Note:

· Used products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

· Shipping and customs costs are borne by the customer unless the package is faulty.

· Items are only eligible for one-time size exchange.

Processing times:

· Regular items: 3–5 business days

· Pre-order items: Up to 15 business days

Refunds

· Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

· Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Customized Products

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

· Slight differences between images or samples and the final product may occur due to screen-based color perception.

· If customization instructions are not followed, notify us via email for resolution.
